Zane S. Froerer
Mr. Froerer has developed a practice with an emphasis in civil litigation and real property law. With experience in litigating estate, probate and trust issues, boundary, use, and construction matters, and commercial and business disputes, Mr. Froerer has focused on developing trial strategies and risk assessments that work for our clients. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Froerer also provides our property owner clients with counsel on various real property and business issues ranging from acquisition and transaction matters to intellectual property. One long time area of focus for Mr. Froerer has been landlord/tenant law. Having deep family roots in real estate and property management, Mr. Froerer has developed a practical and efficient eviction process for landlords. Our collection department is supervised and administered by Mr. Froerer as an extension of his representation of landlords and business interests.
