Graeme L. Abraham

Mr. Abraham brings a national prospective to the practice of law with legal work performed in Utah, Iowa, Pennsylvania, and Washington DC.  Mr. Abraham’s primary areas of study are estate planning including wills, trusts, medical directives, and probate; and employment law including worker’s compensation, employee benefits, and wrongful termination.  Mr. Abraham currently practices in collection litigation which he has performed at both the state and private levels.  No matter where you are in your collection efforts, Mr. Abraham is available to help aggressively with penalty computation, litigation letters, obtaining judgments, and receiving garnishments.
