Charles R. Ahlstrom

 

Mr. Ahlstrom has had a wide and varied experience in the practice of law, with extensive experience in the areas of criminal and family law and complex civil litigation.  Mr. Ahlstrom’s practice focuses primarily on family law, which includes adoptions, abuse, neglect and/or dependency petitions filed by the State of Utah, annulments, alimony, contested and uncontested divorces, contempt proceedings, child custody disputes, child support determinations and modifications, guardianship matters, grandparents rights, modifications of divorce decrees, paternity cases, pre-nuptial agreements, protective orders, QDROs, mediation, temporary orders hearings, and all related litigation and trial work.  Whether conducting a trial, drafting a motion or working out a resolution to your matter, Mr. Ahlstrom has experience in all aspects of your family law matter.
